Products are widely used in IC, hardware, resistors, inductors, capacitors, connectors, LEDs, fuses, switches, relays, connectors, oscillators, diodes, triodes and other components packaging.

PET sheet specifications: 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.48mm, 0.5mm, etc., can also be customized according to requirements.

The main raw material of PET sheet is used as a fiber for ethylene glycol (EG) and terephthalic acid (PTA), which can be divided into two categories: non-engineering plastic grade and engineering plastic grade.

PET has excellent properties (heat resistance, chemical resistance, toughness, electrical insulation, safety, etc.) and is inexpensive, so it is widely used as fibers, films, engineering plastics, polyester bottles, and the like.  Internationally, the industrial products of polyester thermoplastics have the following six aspects (already formed into industrialized products for sale).

1 liquid crystal polymer 2 polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)

3 polyethylene naphthalate (PEN)
 4 polyethylene terephthalate engineering grade PET
 5 polyethylene terephthalate standard grade PET
 6 polyethylene terephthalate recovery grade PET (including blends and 100% recycled material)

Non-engineering plastic grades are mainly used in fibers, beverage bottles, films, sheets, and baked food containers.

Engineering plastic grade PET sheets are resistant to organic solvents and have good weatherability.  Disadvantages are slow crystallization rate, difficult molding process, high molding temperature, long production cycle and poor impact performance.  Generally, the processability and physical properties are improved by means of reinforcement, filling, blending, etc., and the glass fiber reinforcing effect is obvious, and the rigidity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties and weather resistance of the resin are improved.  Adding a nucleating agent and a crystallization accelerator to improve the crystallization rate is slow.  Adding flame retardant and flame retardant drip improve PET flame retardancy and self-extinguishing.
